SHIPMENT INFORMATIONS

 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once your payment is verified, we have up to 2 business days to ship your order. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1pm. If you place your order before our shipping hours, your order may be shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 1pm on our shipping days will be shipped the next day. 
 
WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES ON MY ORDER? 
Canada: federal and provincial taxes will be charged (according to your province).
USA & International: no taxes will be charged.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES FOR IMPORTATION?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Usually, the percentage of fees for general product import is 18% of the total amount of importation. However, this is only a general guideline and may very well depend on your country. For more information, we suggest that you call your customs office for more specific amounts and percentages. Please note that MAVERICKS COLLECTION is NOT responsible for any duties & taxes applied to your order. You will be responsible for all additional fees related to your order for clearance from customs. In rare occasions, your order may take a little longer then usual to clear at customs due to random screenings.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO SO?
If you need to change something on your order, please CONTACT US immediately. If your order was processed, it will be impossible for us to make any modification.

  

MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

"Unfulfilled" simply means that we successfully received your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email and tracking number (if you selected that option at checkout) and your order status will then change to "fulfilled". 

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that it was a mistake, please order again with a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up for one at www.paypal.com.

 

 

WATCHES SPECIFICATIONS & WARRANTY

 

 

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED FOR YOUR WATCHES?
At Mavericks Collection, we focus on the design above all. We use a Japanese Miyota Quartz Movement for all our watches. This movement is the one that is most used in the watch industry. 

 

ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?
All our watches are waterproof from 3 ATM to 5 ATM. Please note that water damage is NOT covered under warranty. 

 

WHAT KIND OF LEATHER IS USED FOR THE STRAPS?
Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather. All straps are interchangeable. We suggest that you protect the straps from all conditions that could potentially affect or damage them. Water, heat & humidity are 3 conditions that could harm your product in the long run.

 

WHAT IS THE GLASS MADE OF?
The glass we use for our watches is made of hardened mineral crystal.

 

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE CASES MADE OF?
All cases are made of plated stainless steel. 

 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?
At Mavericks Collection, the warranty for all our watches is 1 year, starting the date the order was made. The battery has a 90 days warranty following the date of purchase. If the movement breaks under warranty, we will either repair or replace the product free of charge. All our watches are tested before we ship them. The warranty does NOT cover physical & normal wear damage, the battery (after 90 days), shattered glass, scratches or strap damage.
*Proof of purchase is mandatory for all claims under warranty. We suggest you keep your receipt.

 

 

BRACELET SPECIFICATIONS & WARRANTY

 

 

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE BEADS/PENDANT MADE OF? 
Depending on which bracelet you have selected, we use semi-precious stones of superior quality. The pendants are made of metal and plated with a specific color depending on your selection.

 

MY BRACELET IS TOO SMALL. WHAT CAN I DO?
You have 30 days to exchange your bracelet. You must return your bracelet in its original box in the same state as you received it. Fill out the "Return Form" available in our Customer Care/ Warranty & Returns section and follow instructions for the return procedure. We suggest you consult the "more/size guide" page on our website to help you choose the right size. 

 

MY BRACELET IS BROKEN. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you received your bracelet and it was broken, please contact our support team immediately at support@maverickscollection.com with your order number. They will give you the information on how to proceed to get a replacement.

 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON MY BRACELET?
We offer a 30 days warranty on all our bracelets (exchange/return). Physical damages & discoloration are not covered under warranty. We suggest you keep your bracelets away from water, humidity & heat. Our bracelets are all tested by our technical team before being shipped out to you. Even though our bracelets are very elastic, we suggest you don't pull & tug on them for "fun". 

 

 

SUNGLASSES SPECIFICATIONS & WARRANTY

 

 

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE FRAMES MADE OF?
Depending on which sunglasses you choose, we have some that are made of acetate and others or TR-90 (flexible material).

 

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE LENSES MADE OF?
The sunglasses lenses are made of TAC polarized, the clear lenses are TAC only.

 

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THEM?
You can always exchange them for a new pair, but they have to be in their original form (unworn) and in their original package. The shipping fees are not refundable.

 

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our sunglasses, starting from the date of the purchase. The warranty does NOT cover physical & normal wear damage (ex. scratches).

 

 

BACKPACKS SPECIFICATIONS & WARRANTY

 

 

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE BACKPACKS MADE OF?
All our backpacks are made of high quality canvas material. The interior is made of nylon.

 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY? 
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our backpacks, starting from the date of the purchase. The warranty does NOT cover physical & normal wear damage (ex. tears, holes).
